Clean lines and carefully finished details are characteristic for the tableware in the 24h series designed by Heikki Orvola.The tableware, originally designed for the artist's own use, found its way into Arabia's serial production in 1996. A series of unassuming high quality, compatible with changing food trends and cultures. The series includes a pasta plate and a café au lait cup. The clear, simple shapes remain pleasing to the eye from one year to the next and their unassuming forms impart practicality. The series, which was awarded the Design Plus prize, was named after its purpose: 24h – tableware pieces for every hour of the day.
